Terms of Sale:
1. A copy of registration papers must accompany entry and a breeder's
certificate if mare is bred. Catalog fee is $50.00 per head. Three or
more horses consigned, the catalog fee will be $40.00 per head. We will
charge a 9% commission on all horses sold. We will waive the No Sale
fee for the December Sale due to the soft Horse Market.
2. Horses will be sold in order received. You may request a certain hip Number
and we will do our best to see that you get as close to your request as we
can. So get your entries in early and avoid the rush.
3. We DO NOT allow private horse trading on the grounds, alleys or on any
of the premises before, during or after the sale. Any offender to this policy
will be Banned from the premises and from future sales. All persons selling
no saled horses on the premises after they leave the ring must pay full commission
in the office.
4. Due to the additional paperwork, we do not pay our consignors the day of
the Sale. We do, however, start working on the paperwork on Sunday, make the
deposit on Monday, and start issuing checks on Wednesday following the sale.
5. All horses over a year old must have a current coggins test. (within
6 months)
6. Seller guarantees that (A) he has full power to sell the animal, (B) the
title is free and clear from liens and is unencumbered: and further, (C) Seller
will defend the same against the claim or claims of all persons whomsoever.
